At Love and Confetti Gift Shop, we are committed to providing excellent products to our customers. If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email loveandconfettigifts@gmail.com with the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase, for store credit only. Store credit never expires. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition. Sale items, jewelry, food, and teething items are final sale and not returnable. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer, we are unable to sell used merchandise. We will also need a copy of your receipt.
If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify Love and Confetti Gift Shop immediately and we will replace the product.
All items should be opened carefully, as Love and Confetti Gift Shop is not responsible if item is cuter damaged during opening.
